Here you can register for the 5th Anniversary Aviva Ironman 70.3 Singapore.
PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE CLICKING ON THE "ENTER HERE" BUTTON
Note that entry is open in three groups, which are further split into numerous categories. The groups are:
- Pro Athletes
- Age group individual
- Relay Teams.
Pro Athletes are entered simple as male of female
The individual entry is broken down to age groups from 18-24, then five year groups to 70+ in both male and female categories
All Relay Teams will comprise all male, all female and mixed gender categories.
PLEASE NOTE that The MINIMUM age for entry to this event is 18 years on race day and following is further information to be noted before entering.
AGE ON DATE:
WTC has adopted an Age on Date rule to determine age groups for Ironman and Ironman 70.3 racing. Please note that your age for the 2011 Aviva Ironman 70.3 Singapore is to be calculated as on 31st December 2011. Minimum age is 18 years on race day.
This rule allows competitors to race the same age group right through each season's global Ironman 70.3 events and in the same age group in the Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3. PRO ENTRY:
Pro athletes who wish to compete in the Aviva Ironman 70.3 Singapore will need to be a current financial member of the Ironman Pro Program - once registered contact nick@ironman703singapore.com to obtain your FOC entry code to allow entry to this event and to see if you may be eligible for an Aviva Ironman 70.3 Singapre Pro Assistance package. GENERAL INFORMATION Please note that when making your entry, that there is a sporadic entry problem encountered for users of the Safari &/or the Google Chromw browser. If you are able to use an alternate browser to make your entry please do so. We reccomend Firefox for both Mac and PC.

Entries will close on 20 February 2011 (or sooner if the maximum field numbers of 1500 are reached). TEAM ENTRY NOTES: Relay Team Registration: (Please Note that a relay team consists of a minimum two to maximum three persons, each one completing one leg of the race only (or two if in a two person team) Team entry pricing for the Aviva Team Challenge category of the 2011 event is $SGD 600-00 and team entries open on June 1st with the first 150 teams only accepted. IMPORTANT: Please read and note the Team Registration Process, before entering the event RACE WITHDRAWALS:
Please read and familiarise yourself with the terms & conditions of entry and withdrawal. Please note that as per the Withdrawal Policy for the 2011 Aviva Ironman 70.3 Singapore that any withdrawals made after 20th February 2011 Singapore time will NOT be eligible for any refund of entry fees. Please see the right hand bar on further details of the Withdrawal Policy.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a known and sporadic problem when using the Active.com Ironman/Ironman70.3 entry system through the Safari browser (and also some reports with Goggle's Chrome browser). If you are using these browsers, and encounter a Error 404 / Page will not show message; you will need to close the Safari browser and reenter the entry URL within another browser (IE7 and 8; and Firefox are proving stable). Please use Firefox if on a Mac computer...
Note your initial data entry SHOULD be preserved allowing you to continue your entry from the point of the error.
If you do attempt an entry and an error occurs, or you cease the entry process after initial data entry, an automatic email will be forwarded to you containing an URL for the continuation of the entry process.

| Withdrawal & Entry Transfer Policy |
|  | | Hi-Tri Pte Ltd endeavours to provide you with an event of the absolute best quality for the entries expected and made. If you have to withdraw from the Aviva Ironman 70.3 Singapore event, first please read this, our Withdrawal Policy and please note that Withdrawals will only be accepted in writing (an email is fine) from the individual participant; NOT from their agent, partner or friend.
Please also note that race entries are not transferable, either to another event or to another person.
We are pleased to say that withdrawals made before 2359 hrs on 20th February 2011 will enjoy a refund, less an administration fee of SGD $120.00. The refund will be credited to the credit card used during the original entry - so please advise if your card has been renewed or replaced at time of withdrawal.
Refunds will be issued following the event or as we can in each administration period.
ALL withdrawals made postmarked / dated after / later than 2400 20th February 2011, will not be refunded. Please do not ask as refusal can offend some.
The individual or team captain themselves MUST notify Hi-Tri Singapore of the intended withdrawal in writing (either by post or email). The date and time of the withdrawal will be taken as that postmarked on the envelope, or in the email header.
Please note that telephone and verbal messages of withdrawal cannot and will not be accepted.
