Due to changes to the race course and pre race activities the race week schedule is being updated and will be available as soon as new arrangements are complete.
Carbo Loading Dinner
The first social function within the Aviva Race Weekend is the pre-event Carbo Loading Dinner. Each race participant is entitled to one ticket to the Carbo Loading Dinner. Purchase of additional tickets are also available in the registration / competitor's login form. This one is not to be missed!

Post-Race Buffet
The grand finale of Race Week is the Presentation and Awards Dinner following the event on Sunday night. You can purchase further tickets via the registration / competitor's login form. A further order form will be loaded to the website before the event if tickets remain available.

Competitor’s Info Booklet

A comprehensive Competitors Information Booklet will be made available as a downloadable PDF file to all competitors.

It will contain information on all facets of the event and provides a written briefing on most aspects of race conduct also.

Please note that this booklet will not replace the compulsory briefing for the race and that will additionally cover all safety aspects of the event for competitors.
